Product features
The ceramic filter plate is made of corundum, silicon carbide, etc. as raw materials by a special process, and its microporous pore size is usually between 1 and 5 microns, which can produce strong capillary action.The main features include：
1. Energy-saving and efficient: the processing capacity can reach more than 1100kg/m2•h, which saves more than 80% of energy consumption compared with traditional filtration equipment.
2. The moisture content of the filter cake is low: the vacuum degree is generally -0.09~-0.098MPa, and the moisture content of the filter cake is low, which can reduce transportation costs.
3. The filtrate is clear: the ceramic plate has small micropores, low solid content of the filtrate, can be directly recycled, and the environmental protection effect is significant.
