Strict Quality Control | Enrichet's VBF Successfully Completes FAT Acceptance

Recently, the Vacuum Belt Filter, which was custom-manufactured by Enrichet for a European standard power plant project in a developed country, successfully completed its FAT at our company's final assembly workshop. Customer representatives were present to witness and participate in the entire testing process. After rigorous no-load operation, load testing, hydrostatic testing, and control system functionality verification, all performance indicators of the equipment met or exceeded the standards stipulated in the contract, and the equipment successfully passed acceptance.
FAT is a crucial step in ensuring that the equipment meets design requirements. During this acceptance process, the equipment operated smoothly, and key indicators such as filtration effect, washing efficiency, and stability of the web guiding system all demonstrated excellent performance. Its superior performance and sophisticated manufacturing process earned high praise from the customer representatives.
The successful completion of the FAT signifies that the equipment is ready for shipment, laying a solid foundation for subsequent delivery, installation, and commissioning.
